Distributor Return Policy
Manufacturer's Warranty
LAPCO Manufacturing Inc. (“LAPCO”) provides warranty against defects in manufacturing of the products only. LAPCO will repair or replace any garment that has a manufacturing defect. LAPCO will determine whether a returned garment will be repaired or replaced.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear (including zippers and other hardware)
• Misuse
• Neglect
• Obvious abuse of the garment
• Umbrellas damaged by use in high wind
• Garments that have had changes or alterations that significantly vary from the original design
No warranty is implied or intended as to the use, handling, or results and performance to be obtained. LAPCO does not guarantee the suitability of products for specific uses or purposes.
LAPCO’s obligation is to ensure our flame-resistant apparel will meet the requirements of the standards specified on the garment’s labels. When laundered correctly, the flame-resistance of LAPCO FR™ apparel is guaranteed for the life of the garment.
LAPCO endeavors to ensure that all orders are shipped correctly. In the event an error should occur due to LAPCO, the order will be corrected at no extra cost to the customer. Please call or email customer service to request a return authorization (RA) number.
Returns
• Returns are subject to approval.
• If an item is not defective and has not been used or altered in any way, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to email or call us for a return authorization number (RA#). No return will be accepted without an RA#. We will only accept returns for items that are 100% in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition.
• To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• To start a return, contact us to request an RA#. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Returns of bulk products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:
• Custom Products (such as special sizing orders or customized items)
- Customization approval sheets are provided to protect distributors. Please pay special attention to details provided before submitting approval. Customized garments will not be accepted for returns, except in the event of an error at the fault of LAPCO.
• Personal Protective Equipment (such as face masks, neck gaiters, and balaclavas)
• Discontinued Items

Exchanges
To ensure timely service, we recommend starting a return and placing a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
• Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will either receive a credit memo notification or you will be contacted if the return is not approved/accepted.
• Original outbound shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Many wholesale orders meet the requirements for free freight/shipping. Please be aware that our actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund, if appropriate, at our discretion.
• Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discontinued items.
Return Instructions
Please call (985) 385-5380 or email info@lapco.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RA number. RA numbers are valid for 30 business days after issue.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number.
Any returns must be 100% complete in original packaging and in re-saleable condition with labels attached. We reserve the right to charge a restock fee or refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. All returns must also be packed in an outer shipping carton with the RA written on the shipping label.
